Old-share paperwork feels overwhelming because of confusing forms, endless registrar queries and unfamiliar rules. Our case managers handle all of that for you. Here's the journey in five simple stages.
Every case follows these same five stages, whether you need demat, transmission to heirs, a duplicate certificate or an IEPF claim.
STAGE 01
24–48 Hours
Tell us the company name, folio number and a little about your family's situation, by phone or WhatsApp. We'll check the details with the registrar's records.
We prepare all the paperwork. Instead of struggling with confusing forms, you get them already filled in and ready to sign, following the latest SEBI rules.
Our team sends everything to the right registrar (KFintech, Bigshare and others), and the Demat Request Form goes through your demat provider.
This is where many cases get stuck when people try alone. Registrars often send papers back over small signature or name differences. Our case managers spot these early and sort them out for you.
STAGE 05
Settlement
The registrar approves the request, sends the official confirmation letter and cancels the paper certificate. Your shares arrive safely in your demat account, ready to keep or sell.
Your part is small: a few ID documents and some signatures. We do about 90% of the hard work.
Our promise to you: You remain the legal owner of your certificates throughout. Every filing follows the latest SEBI rules on physical shares.
